CASE Holiday Lawsuit

The court ruling issued on Wednesday regarding the Columbus and Lincoln Holiday applies only to employees represented by CASE.

Local 1000 is currently pursuing this issue through the grievance and arbitration process where we are seeking full compensation, under terms of our contract, for both the Columbus Day and upcoming Lincoln's Birthday holidays.
